Dedicated snow tires and wheels...what size?

Just bought a leftover 2018 SRT. I live in Western Pennsylvania and get quite a bit of snow at times and I live in the country where my road gets plowed last.
I have had dedicated snow tires and wheel sets before for other cars(SAAB SportCombi)(Volvo C30). To me it makes sense for the traction and also it keeps the SRT wheels salt free!

Looking for size recommendations.....Typically I go a size or 2 smaller if possible for a better ride over winter potholes as long as the smaller rim can clear the brake calipers. The Brembo calipers are HUGH. LoL

What 19" or even 18" rime fit? I had and liked the Conti Winter Contact tires and would purchase those again.

Cant help you with your size question....but I test drove an SRT in the snow. In Snow mode, the factory scorpions were pretty good in the snow (granted they only had about 30 miles on them....but the good snow performance was one of the factors that helped me decide to switch from a true 4wd vehicle to the AWD SRT)...

I just got a set of 20x8.5 +34mm offset Jeep SRT replicas and some 265/50/20 Continental Terraincontact AT tires to make my winter shoes. The biggest thing you need to be careful about when going with narrower wheels is the back of the wheel face can hit the brembos. Stock offset is +50mm and you need to get in the +3x range to get the back of the wheel face to clear.

Here are my winter wheels. They are OE Creation replica's in 20x9 +34mm offset with 265/50R20 Continental Terraincontact AT. They are with 0.1" diameter of stock so no speedometer issues. Believe it or not each wheel tire combo is about 4 lbs heavier than stock even though both the wheel and tire are narrower. Shows you the benefit of forged wheels. There is plenty of clearance for the front calipers and the +34mm offset puts the outside edge of the tire 0.03" further out, so basically no change.

Those look nice. My only concern would be they look hard to clean inside those tight slots and road salt is the worst. I haven't had any luck finding anyone's take-offs so I may have to buy new. Where'd you buy those rims?

Yeah, those Spider Monkeys are a pain to clean, I had a set from BBWheelsOnline.
They are having a sale right now on other styles .

Would the 20x9 +34 offset and 265/50/20 fit over the Upgraded two piece Brembo brakes? Looking to put together a winter package but all the sites cant confirm this fitment.
